Wash your hands
Open the pad wrapper
Remove the backing paper from the adhesive strip
Position the pad in the center of your underwear
Press the adhesive side firmly onto the underwear
If the pad has wings, peel off the wing backings
Fold the wings around the sides of the underwear and press them down
Adjust the pad so it sits flat and feels secure
Change the pad regularly
Dispose of used pads in a trash bin
Wash your hands again
