Highlight the text in Discord
Click the eye icon or select `Spoiler`
On mobile, tap and hold the text, then choose `Mark as Spoiler`
For images, attach the image and check `Mark as spoiler` before sending
For files, rename the file with `SPOILER_` at the start of the filename
