Recite Surah Al-Fatiha and another Surah
Before going to Ruku, recite Tasbeeh 15 times
In Ruku, after Tasbeeh, recite Tasbeeh 10 times
After standing from Ruku, recite Tasbeeh 10 times
In first Sajdah, after Tasbeeh, recite Tasbeeh 10 times
Between the two Sajdahs, recite Tasbeeh 10 times
In second Sajdah, after Tasbeeh, recite Tasbeeh 10 times
Sit for the next Rak‘ah and recite Tasbeeh 10 times before standing
Repeat the same pattern in all four Rak‘ahs
Total Tasbeeh count in each Rak‘ah is 75 times
Total Tasbeeh count in all four Rak‘ahs is 300 times
Common Tasbeeh to recite is: Subhanallahi walhamdulillahi wala ilaha illallahu wallahu akbar
If you cannot complete the count in one place, recite it in another place of the same Rak‘ah
Complete the prayer with Tashahhud, Durood, and Salam
