Open the Meta AI app on your phone
Make sure your Meta glasses are connected
Tap the glasses icon or device settings
Go to the camera or recording controls
Press the record button to start recording
Press the record button again to stop recording
Use the capture button on the glasses if supported
Check your phone or app to view saved recordings
Make sure the glasses have enough battery and storage before recording
