Press the Xbox button on your controller
Go to the Capture & share tab
Select Start recording
To stop recording, press the Xbox button again
Go to Capture & share and select Stop recording
Use the Share button on your controller to capture a clip quickly
Press the Xbox button, then select Capture screenshot or Record what happened
Open the Xbox app on Windows if you want to record gameplay from a PC
Check storage space if recordings are not saving
Adjust capture settings in Settings > Preferences > Capture & share
