Open Gmail and sign in to your account
Click the search bar at the top
Type the sender name, subject, or keywords from the archived email
Press Enter to search
Open the email from the search results
Click the Move to Inbox icon at the top
Or click More and select Move to Inbox
To find all archived emails, click More in the left menu
Select All Mail
Browse or search for the archived email
Open the email and move it to the inbox if needed
On mobile, open the Gmail app
Tap the search bar and enter keywords
Open the archived email from the results
Tap the three-dot menu
Tap Move to Inbox
If you cannot find it, check Spam and Trash
Make sure you are searching the correct Gmail account
