Go to https://accounts.google.com/signin/recovery
Enter your Gmail address and select Next
Choose Try another way if prompted
Select the recovery option you have access to (phone number, email, authenticator, Google prompt)
Follow the on-screen steps to confirm it’s your account
If asked, enter the last password you remember
If you no longer have access, select Try another way and continue
Check your recovery email or phone for the verification code
Enter the verification code and select Verify
If you can’t sign in, select Forgot password and complete the password reset steps
After recovery, create a new password and sign in to Gmail
Review and secure your account: change password, check recovery info, and enable 2-Step Verification
If recovery fails, wait and try again later using the same recovery page
