Use the monitor’s physical brightness buttons or on-screen display menu
Lower brightness in Windows Settings > System > Display
Turn on Night light in Windows Settings > System > Display
Disable HDR if it makes the screen too bright
Use the keyboard brightness keys on a laptop
Reduce contrast and color intensity in display settings if needed
Enable power-saving mode on the PC or monitor
