Thaw frozen crab legs in the refrigerator overnight
Fill a large pot with 2 to 3 inches of water and bring to a boil
Place a steamer basket over the boiling water
Add crab legs to the basket
Cover and steam for 4 to 6 minutes until heated through
Alternatively, wrap crab legs in foil with a little water or butter
Bake at 350°F for 8 to 10 minutes
Alternatively, microwave in a damp paper towel for 1 to 2 minutes
Check that the crab legs are hot before serving
Serve immediately with melted butter or lemon if desired
