Close all Microsoft Office applications
Open Settings on your PC
Select Apps
Select Apps & features
Find Microsoft Office 2019 or Microsoft Excel 2019 in the list
Select it
Click Uninstall
Follow the on-screen prompts to remove it
Restart your computer
Sign in to your Microsoft account at office.com or account.microsoft.com/services
Download the Office 2019 installer or use your original installation media
Run the installer
Complete the installation steps
Open Excel 2019
Activate Excel with your product key or Microsoft account if prompted
