How To Reinstall Windows?

Back up your important files to an external drive or cloud storage

Check your Windows license and sign in details

Download the Windows installation media tool from Microsoft on another PC if needed

Create a bootable USB drive with at least 8 GB of space

Insert the USB drive into the PC you want to reinstall

Restart the PC and open the boot menu or BIOS/UEFI setup

Select the USB drive as the boot device

Choose your language, time, and keyboard settings

Click Install now

Enter your product key if prompted, or choose the option to do it later

Select the Windows edition that matches your license

Accept the license terms

Choose Custom: Install Windows only

Select the drive or partition where Windows is installed

Delete or format the Windows partition if you want a clean reinstall

Select the unallocated space or target partition and continue

Wait for Windows to copy files and restart

Complete the setup steps after installation

Reinstall drivers, updates, and applications

Restore your backed-up files
