Open the account security or settings page
Sign in with your password and current 2-factor code
Go to the two-factor authentication or 2FA section
Select the option to disable, turn off, or remove 2FA
Confirm your identity if prompted
Enter your password again if required
Save the changes
Remove any authenticator app or backup codes linked to the account
Update recovery methods if needed
Check that 2FA is no longer active by signing out and signing back in
