Click any cell inside the table
Go to the Table Design tab
Select Convert to Range
Click Yes to confirm
To delete the table contents only, select the table and press Delete
To remove the table formatting, select the range and choose Clear Formats
To remove the table entirely from the sheet, delete the rows or columns containing it if needed
