Open the Instagram app
Go to your profile
Tap the menu icon
Select Settings and privacy
Scroll down and tap Log out
If multiple accounts are added, choose the account you want to remove
Tap Remove
Confirm the removal
If the account still appears, log out of all accounts
Clear the app cache or reinstall the app
Log back in with only the accounts you want to keep
