Absorb fresh oil with cat litter, baking soda, cornstarch, or sawdust
Let the absorbent sit for several hours or overnight
Sweep up the absorbent and dispose of it properly
Cover the stain with dish soap or a concrete degreaser
Scrub the area with a stiff-bristle brush
Add hot water and keep scrubbing
Rinse thoroughly with clean water
Repeat the cleaning if the stain remains
Use a poultice made from baking soda and acetone or a commercial concrete stain remover for stubborn stains
Apply the poultice, let it dry, then scrape or sweep it away
Pressure wash the area if needed
Seal the concrete after it dries to help prevent future stains
