Open the Watch app on your iPhone
Tap My Watch
Scroll to the app you want to remove
Tap the app
Turn off Show App on Apple Watch
On Apple Watch, press and hold the app icon
Tap the X if it appears
Tap Delete App
For built-in apps, open the Watch app on iPhone
Tap My Watch
Tap Installed on Apple Watch or Available Apps
Turn off the app or remove it from the watch
Repeat for each app you want to remove
