Open Internet Explorer
Click the gear icon or press Alt + X
Select Internet options
Under the General tab, go to Browsing history
Click Delete
Check Temporary Internet files and website files
Check Cookies and website data if needed
Click Delete
Click OK to close Internet options
Restart Internet Explorer
