Open OneDrive in your browser or app
Sign in to your account
Locate the file or folder you want to remove
Select the file or folder
Click or tap Delete
Confirm the deletion if prompted
To remove multiple items, select them all first and then delete
To remove files from your device only, choose Free up space or remove local copy if available
To permanently remove deleted items, open the OneDrive Recycle Bin
Select the deleted files or folders
Click or tap Delete permanently
Empty the Recycle Bin if you want to remove everything at once
