Gather a small screwdriver or pin tool, a soft cloth, and a tray for parts
Place the watch band on a flat surface
Locate the removable links or arrows on the inside of the band
Identify the pins, screws, or spring bars holding the links together
If the links use screws, turn them counterclockwise to remove them
If the links use pins, push the pin out in the direction of the arrows
Remove the desired number of links from both sides evenly
Reconnect the band by aligning the remaining links
Reinsert the pins or screws securely
Check that the band is firmly assembled
Test the fit on your wrist before wearing the watch
