Open Settings
Tap Screen Time
Tap Content & Privacy Restrictions
Enter the Screen Time passcode
Turn off Content & Privacy Restrictions
Tap App Limits and remove any limits
Tap Downtime and turn it off if needed
Tap Communication Limits and adjust or turn them off if needed
Tap Always Allowed and remove restrictions if needed
If Family Sharing is enabled, ask the family organizer to change or remove restrictions
If you forgot the Screen Time passcode, use Forgot Passcode? if available
If needed, erase and set up the iPhone again after backing up data
