Report the fraud to the U.S. Department of Agriculture Office of Inspector General
Call the USDA OIG hotline at 1-800-424-9121
Submit a report online through the USDA OIG website
Provide the person’s name, address, and any other identifying information
Describe the suspected fraud clearly and briefly
Include dates, times, locations, and what happened
Share any evidence you have, such as photos, messages, or receipts
Report anonymously if you do not want to give your name
Keep a copy of any report or confirmation number
Follow up with the agency if more information is needed
