Call the USDA Office of Inspector General fraud hotline at 1-800-424-9121
Submit a report through the USDA OIG hotline website
Provide the person’s name, address, and SNAP case information if known
Include a clear description of the suspected fraud
Include dates, times, and locations of the suspected activity
Include names of witnesses or others involved, if known
Provide copies of documents, photos, receipts, or messages if available
Report anonymously if your state or reporting channel allows it
Do not confront the person you are reporting
Keep a copy of your report and any reference number
Follow up with the agency if you are asked for more information
