Open Instagram and find the Reel you want to repost
Tap the paper airplane or share icon
Select Add to story if you want to share it to your Story
Edit the Story if needed
Tap Your Story to post it
If you want to repost to your feed, tap the three dots on the Reel
Copy the Reel link if needed
Use a reposting app or download the Reel only if you have permission
Create a new post or Reel with the content
Give credit to the original creator in the caption
Make sure the original Reel is public and reposting is allowed
