Turn off the Keurig and unplug it from the power outlet
Remove the water reservoir, drip tray, and any pod from the machine
Wait 5 to 10 minutes
Plug the machine back in
Reinstall the water reservoir and drip tray
Turn the machine on
Open and close the lid
Press and hold the brew button for about 5 seconds if your model has a reset function
Run a water-only brew cycle
Descale the machine if the issue remains
Perform a factory reset from the settings menu if your model includes one
