Press the Home button on the remote
Go to Settings
Select General
Select Reset
Enter the PIN
Confirm the reset
Wait for the TV to restart and complete the reset
If needed, use the default PIN 0000
For a factory reset without the menu, turn off the TV
Press and hold the Power button on the TV or remote until the TV restarts
If the TV is frozen, unplug it for 60 seconds and plug it back in
For older models, go to Menu
Select Support
Select Self Diagnosis
Select Reset
Enter the PIN and confirm
