Unplug the TV from the power outlet
Press and hold the TV power button for 15 seconds
Wait 60 seconds
Plug the TV back in
Turn the TV on
Open the TV menu
Go to System
Select Reset & Admin
Select Reset TV to Factory Defaults
Enter the parental code if prompted
Confirm the reset
Wait for the TV to restart
Set up the TV again after the reset
