How To Reset Garmin Watch?

Press and hold the Light button

Select Settings

Select System

Select Reset

Choose an option:

Reset Default Settings

Delete Data and Reset Settings

Reset All Settings

Confirm the reset

Wait for the watch to restart

Set up the watch again if needed
