Open Settings
Go to General management or System
Tap Language and input or Keyboard
Select On-screen keyboard or Virtual keyboard
Choose your keyboard app
Tap Reset settings or Reset to default
Confirm the reset
If needed, clear the keyboard app cache and data
Restart the device
