Back up any files you want to keep
Sign out of accounts and disable device encryption if needed
Open Settings
Go to System
Select Recovery
Under Reset this PC, select Reset PC
Choose Remove everything
Choose Local reinstall or Cloud download
Select Change settings if you want to fully clean the drive
Confirm the reset options
Follow the prompts to start the wipe
Wait for the process to complete
Set up Windows again or power off the computer if you are selling or donating it
