Back up your files
Plug in the charger
Open Settings
Go to System
Select Recovery
Under Reset this PC, click Reset PC
Choose Keep my files or Remove everything
Select Local reinstall or Cloud download
Follow the on-screen instructions
Wait for the reset to complete
Set up the laptop again after restart
If Windows will not boot, restart and press the Lenovo Novo button or F2/Fn+F2
Open the recovery menu
Select System Recovery or Factory Reset
Follow the prompts to restore factory settings
