Back up all important files
Plug in the charger
Click Start
Open Settings
Select System
Select Recovery
Under Reset this PC, click Reset PC
Choose Keep my files or Remove everything
Follow the on-screen prompts
Wait for the reset to complete
Set up Windows again after restart
