Sign in to the Chromebook with the child’s account or the parent account
Back up any important files from Google Drive or local storage
Open Settings
Select Advanced
Select Reset settings
Choose Powerwash
Select Restart
Confirm the reset
Wait for the Chromebook to restart and erase all data
Set up the Chromebook again after the reset
Sign in with the child’s Google account or the parent-managed account
Reapply Family Link or school management settings if needed
