Turn the ignition to ON
Do not start the engine
Press the MENU or HOME button
Select Vehicle Settings
Select Maintenance Info or Oil Life
Press and hold the SEL/RESET or ENTER button
Wait until the oil life resets to 100%
Turn the ignition off
For models with a trip knob, turn the ignition on
Press the trip knob until the oil life display appears
Press and hold the trip knob for about 10 seconds
Release when the oil life starts blinking
Press and hold the trip knob again for about 5 seconds
Release when the oil life resets to 100%
