Press the Home button on the remote
Go to Settings
Select General
Select Reset
Enter the PIN
Confirm the reset
Wait for the TV to restart and complete the reset
If you do not know the PIN, try 0000
If 0000 does not work, check your TV manual or contact Samsung support
To reset picture or sound settings only, go to Settings
Select Picture or Sound
Select Expert Settings or Reset Picture/Reset Sound
Confirm the reset
To perform a factory reset without the remote, use the buttons on the TV if available
Open the TV menu
Navigate to Settings
Select Reset
Confirm the reset
