Press the Home button on the remote
Go to Settings
Select General
Select Reset
Enter the PIN
Confirm Reset
Wait for the TV to restart
Follow the on-screen setup steps
If needed, reset using the remote buttons
Turn off the TV
Press and hold Exit for 12 seconds
Select OK when the reset prompt appears
If needed, perform a factory reset from the service menu only if you know the correct steps for your model
