Back up important data
Charge the tablet
Open Settings
Tap System or General management
Tap Reset or Reset options
Select Factory data reset
Review the warning
Tap Reset device or Erase all data
Enter PIN, password, or pattern if prompted
Confirm the reset
Wait for the tablet to restart
Set up the tablet again after reset
