How To Reset The Acer Laptop?

Back up your files (if possible).

Unplug all external devices (USB drives, printers, etc.).

Plug the laptop into power.

Press and hold the Power button for 10–15 seconds to fully shut down.

Turn the laptop on.

Immediately press and hold Alt and tap F10 repeatedly (or press Alt+F10 at startup) to open Acer Recovery.

Select Troubleshoot.

Choose Reset this PC.

Select Keep my files or Remove everything.

Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the reset.

If Alt+F10 doesn’t work:

Open Settings.

Go to System.

Select Recovery.

Choose Reset this PC.

Select Keep my files or Remove everything.

Follow the on-screen prompts.

If you can’t access Windows:

Turn the laptop on and off 2–3 times until the Recovery screen appears.

Select Troubleshoot.

Choose Reset this PC.

Select Keep my files or Remove everything.

Follow the on-screen prompts.

After the reset, complete the Windows setup screens and sign in.
