Turn off the RCA tablet
Press and hold the Power button and Volume Up button at the same time
Release the buttons when the recovery menu appears
Use the Volume buttons to highlight Wipe data/factory reset
Press the Power button to select it
Confirm the reset by selecting Yes
Wait for the reset to complete
Select Reboot system now
Wait for the tablet to restart and set it up again
