Press Win + Ctrl + Shift + B to restart the graphics driver
Restart the computer
Open Device Manager
Expand Display adapters
Right-click the video card
Select Disable device
Wait a few seconds
Right-click the video card again
Select Enable device
In Device Manager, right-click the video card
Select Uninstall device
Restart the computer
Reinstall the latest graphics driver
Open the graphics control panel
Restore default settings
Reset BIOS or UEFI settings to default
Power off the computer
Unplug the power cable
Remove and reseat the video card
Reconnect all power cables to the video card
Boot the computer again
