Replace the water filter with a new Samsung-compatible filter
Close the filter cover or reinstall the filter housing
Press and hold the Water Filter button for 3 seconds
If there is no Water Filter button, press and hold the Alarm button for 3 seconds
If there is no Alarm button, press and hold the Ice Type and Child Lock buttons together for 3 seconds
If there is no dedicated reset button, press and hold the Fridge and Freezer buttons together for 3 seconds
Release the button when the filter indicator light resets
Confirm the filter light turns off or changes to normal status
