Locate the water filter reset button on the control panel
Press and hold the reset button for 3 seconds
Release the button when the filter light turns off or resets
If there is no reset button, press and hold the “Ice Type” and “Child Lock” buttons together for 3 seconds
On some models, press and hold the “Alarm” button for 3 seconds
Check the user manual for the exact reset method for your model
Replace the filter before resetting if the filter has already been changed
