Back up any important files from your Chromebook
Sign out of your Chromebook
Open Settings
Select Advanced
Choose Reset settings
Click Powerwash
Click Restart
Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm the reset
Wait for the Chromebook to erase and restart
Sign in again and set up the Chromebook from scratch
