Click the Start menu
Click the Power icon
Select Restart
Wait for the laptop to shut down and turn back on
If the laptop is frozen, press and hold the Power button for 10 to 15 seconds
Wait a few seconds
Press the Power button again to turn it back on
If using the keyboard, press Ctrl + Alt + Delete
Select the Power icon
Choose Restart
If the laptop is not responding, unplug the charger
Remove any external devices
Hold the Power button for 10 to 15 seconds
Plug the charger back in
Press the Power button to restart
