Press and hold the Power button
Tap Restart
If the phone is frozen, press and hold the Power button for 10 to 20 seconds
If that does not work, press and hold the Power button and Volume Down button together for 10 to 20 seconds
Release the buttons when the Moto logo appears
Wait for the phone to reboot
