Press and hold the Power button until the power menu appears
Tap Power off
Tap OK or Power off again if prompted
If the screen is unresponsive, press and hold the Power button for about 10 to 20 seconds until the phone turns off
If your Motorola phone has a Power and Volume Up button combination, press and hold both until the power menu appears, then select Power off
