Unplug the Verizon router’s power cord from the wall outlet or router
Wait 30 seconds
Plug the power cord back in
Wait for the router lights to turn steady and the connection to restore
If needed, unplug the router and any connected modem or ONT power source, then plug them back in one at a time
If the router has a power button, turn it off, wait 30 seconds, then turn it back on
