Back up your data if possible
Charge the phone
Open Settings
Go to System or General Management
Select Reset or Transfer or Reset Phone
Choose Factory data reset or Erase all content and settings
Confirm the action
Enter your PIN, password, or Apple ID if prompted
Wait for the phone to erase and restart
Set up the phone again
Restore your backup during setup if available
