How To Retract An Email In Outlook?

Open Outlook and go to your Sent Items folder

Double-click the email you want to retract

Select the Message tab

Click Actions

Click Recall This Message

Select whether to delete unread copies or delete unread copies and replace with a new message

If replacing, click OK and compose the replacement email

Confirm the recall by clicking OK

Check the recall status using the message notification or the Recall This Message option results

If you don’t see Recall This Message, use the undo/send-later options available in your Outlook version or contact the recipient directly
