Check the Trash folder in Gmail
Open the deleted email
Click Move to
Select Inbox or another folder
Recover emails from Trash within 30 days
Use the search bar to find the email if needed
Check All Mail for archived messages
Restore messages from Gmail on desktop or mobile
Use Gmail’s Message Recovery Tool if you are a Google Workspace admin
Contact Google Support if the account is managed by an organization
Check connected email clients for a local copy of the message
