Go to the PlayStation sign-in page
Select “Trouble Signing In?”
Choose “Reset your password”
Enter the email address linked to your PSN account
Check your email for the password reset message from PlayStation
Open the reset link in the email
Create a new password
Sign in to your PSN account with the new password
If you do not have access to your email, contact PlayStation Support
If you are already signed in on a console, check account management settings for sign-in options
